We would like to welcome to our Team, Ada Farnsworth. Ada is originally from San Diego, California. She moved to St George in 1990. Because there were limited jobs in St George in the field of electronic, which her background in, she became a CNA. Later, Ada decided to pursue a nursing degree. She attended Dixie State College for two years and received an associate degree. After that she was accepted into the nursing program at Mohave Community College, from which she graduated in 1997. Since then, Ada has worked with older adults as the DON at several area Long Term Care Facilities.
Ada is married and has two adult kids of her own and three adult step kids, as well as nine grandkids and one great grandson. She enjoys being able to spend her free time with her family. Camping, four-wheeling, going to the beach, and going on cruises are some of their favorite pass times.
Ada is excited to join the team! She will be joining our group of great nurses in completing assessments and helping to determine the needs of our in home service clients. She looks forward to the opportunity to interact with so many people that she has come to known over the years and meet new people along the way.
