Welcome To The Team: Kelly Reeder!

We would like to introduce you to the newest member of our team, Kelly Reeder! Kelly is joining us in a newly created position, which we are calling an "Options Counselor." As our Options Counselor, Kelly will perform a variety of duties related to consumer-directed, short-term decision and support to consumers, family members, caregivers, and others requesting information and assistance from the AAA.

Kelly and her husband moved to St. George from Colorado in the spring of this year. They were tired of the cold and snowy Colorado winters and went in search of fun in the sun! She and her husband are empty nesters with two grown children in Colorado and Wyoming, lots of granddogs and cats, and are the proud “furr” parents of Bella and Tootsie. Kelly enjoys playing with her doggies, hiking in the red rocks, listening to music, reading and traveling.

Kelly has spent the last ten years in the mental health field and most recently as a case manager for the long-term care Medicaid program. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2015. Kelly is excited for this new opportunity and looking forward to helping seniors connect with resources!

If you are calling for assistance, Kelly will be the first member of our team you will talk to. In her conversation with you, she will gather information to connect you to our services, as well as referrals to our community partners and other community based resources that best fit your needs.

We are excited to have this new position to better serve our community and we are happy to have Kelly join our team! Please join us in welcoming her!
